At the meeting on April 9, it was mentioned that the bill (Reg. No. 4011) is aimed at resolving the issue on stimulating disabled people, who receive pension or social assistance according to the law, to be engaged in independent professional activity.
Thus, it is suggested to amend article 4 of the Law “On the collection and accounting of a single fee for mandatory state social insurance” stipulating to free from paying a single contribution those people who provide themselves with work, i.e. those engaged in independent professional activity, if they have disabilities and receive pension or social assistance according to the law.
